I've spent 30+ years supporting & empowering individuals and families in various social & mental health roles (including parent support & domestic abuse)*. I've seen how, by being so invisible, anxiety can be so debilitating with such a widespread affect on peoples lives and those around them. However, I've also seen the incredible strength that it takes to get up each day and live with constant worry & panic and that is what has driven my passion for developing my therapeutic skills to offer hope & help to individuals like you!

I am a *BACP Accredited Counsellor (see link below to registered details), *British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I have a professional qualification in the therapeutic use of Mindfulness from the British Mindfulness Institute & am an experienced CBT with Heart practitioner.

I am a Mental Health trainer - providing organisations with improved understanding to support their staff
